The Catskills Barbeque Festival will host
- (2) Backyard and 2-meat Contests on Saturday
- Sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS)
As well as a People’s Choice Wings Contest on Saturday, and an optional Pork Ancillary contest on Sunday. Teams can compete either or both days. The competitions will be managed by Campground BBQ.

Attendees are encouraged to present a special token to their favorite team after tasting multiple samples. Tokens will be collected from teams at 4pm and the winner announced at
